A highly trained mental health professional and empowerment coach. She holds a graduate degree in psychology, with a focus on behavior analysis. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field she has a wealth of practical experience. Jessica has honed her ability to communicate complex ideas and simple self-care techniques to individuals of diverse backgrounds. Her field experience in mental health includes work with adults and children struggling with addiction, trauma, abuse, depression, ADHD, anxiety and so much more.
Throughout her own self-care journey, Jessica has developed a passion for empowering women to prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. As a coach, she works with mothers, entrepreneurs, and women from all walks of life to cultivate self-love and establish sustainable self-care practices. Through her empathetic and empowering approach, Jessica inspires her clients to live their best lives and build there business in a way they love.
When she's not supporting women to conquer the world she enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, gardening and enjoying the outdoors.
